What it does

A pipeline that updates with what actually happens. Every email, meeting and conversation adds context to your deals. The CRM connects those signals, updates the information and lets the agents prepare or take the next step. No chasing updates or filling in fields by hand.

The deal moves on its own

The signals in your emails and meetings show when a deal moves forward, stalls or needs attention. The agent moves it to the next stage or proposes it, depending on the mode you choose.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Pipeline

How do deals update automatically?

Your email, calendar and meetings come in on their own and land on the right contact and deal. With that, the deals agent changes the stage, writes the tasks and sets the next step, or proposes it depending on the mode.

Can the agents move deals between stages?

Yes. In Automatic mode they move them on their own and let you know; in Hybrid, the mode they start in, they propose it for you to approve. Winning or losing a deal is always marked by a person.

Can I customize my pipeline stages?

Yes. You can have several pipelines, each with its own stages, and say what each stage means: the agent uses that meaning to know where each deal goes. You see it as Kanban or a table.

What happens when a deal stops moving?

The board flags it: after 3 days without contact it shows “Due soon” and after 7, “Stalled”, in red. Whatever was left pending stays as a task on the deal.

Can I check who or what made each change?

Yes. The deal's history shows every stage change, when it happened and who made it; if it was an agent, its reason too.

Don't let any deal sit still.

Let your agents keep the pipeline moving while you focus on closing deals.
