What it does

Every email has a reason to exist. The agent uses what's known about each prospect to write in your style and with your offer. You set the rules; it writes and runs.

  1. Researches before writing

Finds a reason to write in the company and the person.

  2. Writes in your voice

Your tone and your offer, without one identical template for everyone.

  3. Follows up for you

Follow-ups go out on their own and stop when they reply.

The sequence

A sequence that knows when to move and when to stop. From the first email to the reply, your agent follows your steps, respects your limits and keeps every conversation in your CRM.

Design the sequence once

You set the first email and the follow-ups, and how many days each one waits. The campaign's agent writes every email with what's known about that company and that person, in the same thread and without repeating itself.

Ruta Express and the last mile

Hi Carlos, I saw that you opened four sales rep positions. When the team grows, follow-up is the first thing to slip. Can I show you in 20 minutes how we solve it?

Autonomy is earned

Controlled, Hybrid or Automatic. The agent proposes moving up a mode, with the numbers, when you approve its emails without editing them, and it never moves up without your OK. If bounces or unsubscribes rise, what was going out on its own waits for your approval again; if they get worse, the campaign pauses.

Control

Automate sending. Keep control. Per-mailbox limits, one campaign per company and unsubscribes that stick: your agent follows your rules without losing sight of your reputation.

  • Per-mailbox limits

Up to 60 emails a day per mailbox; a new one starts at 10 and ramps up gradually. It also checks that its domain has SPF and DKIM in order.

  • Per-company control

If another campaign is already working a company, or wrote to it in the last 6 months, the others leave it alone.

  • Unsubscribes respected

Whoever asks to stop, through the link in the email or in their reply, leaves all your campaigns. If the reply isn't clear, you get a task to confirm it.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Outbound

Are the emails really personalized for each prospect?

Yes. The agent researches the company and writes each email based on what it found, with your instructions and your tone.

What happens when a prospect replies?

Their next emails stop and the reply lands on their deal. If they ask not to be contacted again, they leave all your campaigns.

Can I control when and how much is sent?

Yes. You pick the days, how many new emails and how many follow-ups go out each day, and you turn the campaign off whenever you want. Each mailbox also has its daily cap.

Do I need to connect my own email?

You can connect your company Gmail or Outlook, or use new mailboxes for your campaigns so your usual inbox doesn't carry the sending.

How are unsubscribes and duplicate contacts handled?

Whoever unsubscribes leaves all your campaigns, and a company another campaign is already working doesn't get emails from a second one.

Can I review messages before they're sent?

Yes. Before turning the campaign on, Homie shows you the first email written for two real people, without sending anything, and after that every email can wait for your approval in the queue.

How much does an email cost?

About 1 credit per email written, whether it's the first one or a follow-up. Pricing shows how far each plan goes.

Stop chasing follow-ups. Start conversations.

Set up your agent, define your rules and automate the work between finding a prospect and getting their reply.
