Your calendar
Meetings on your Google or Outlook calendar show up in the CRM on their own. Homie schedules from the chat, with Meet or Teams depending on your email, and the assistant records and transcribes your Meet calls.
Claude and other AI through MCP
With the MCP connector you work your CRM from Claude or another compatible AI: query, create and update without opening HomieDesk.

Which tools does HomieDesk connect to?
Your email and calendar from Google (Gmail, Calendar and Meet) or Microsoft (Outlook, its calendar and Teams), plus Claude or other AI through MCP. The agents can also use other apps connected through MCP.
What is MCP?
Model Context Protocol, an open standard that lets an AI use outside tools. With it, Claude can query and update your CRM, and your agents can use other apps.
Does it work with Outlook?
Yes, with Outlook and Microsoft 365: email, calendar and Teams. Other providers not yet.
Do I need another account to find prospects?
No. Company and people search is included and charged in credits from your plan.
How are my email permissions stored?
Encrypted. The access permissions for your Google or Microsoft account are stored encrypted in our database.
